Storage and delivery

Download only after signed payment confirmation and successful validation. Local access expires 24 hours after order creation. Cleanup runs at startup and every minute while running. Anthropic retention is separate. The order token stays in this tab for up to 24 hours so you can return from Stripe.

If processing fails or payment arrives too late, contact support with the order ID for review and a full refund to the original payment. A pending refund is not a completed refund.
